Jr NTR returns to Hyderabad after wrapping Jordan schedule of Prashanth Neel’s ‘Dragon’ - Reports

Jr NTR is currently working on his upcoming film, rumoured to be named ‘Dragon’ with director Prashanth Neel. The team recently wrapped up an international shooting schedule in Jordan. After completing the overseas shoot, the ‘RRR’ actor has now returned to his hometown.As per a report by 123Telugu, Jr NTR returned to Hyderabad after the overseas shoot. He was seen this morning at the Hyderabad Airport. The ‘Dragon’ actor kept his look very simple. He wore a mask and did not stop for anyone. At this moment, there is no clear date for when he will return to the sets. The details for the next schedule are still unknown. Earlier reports suggest that the makers planned three big sequences in Jordan in February 2026. The team is also thinking big with global locations. Earlier, in December, Prashanth Neel visited Africa for a location check as per Moneycontrol. He picked some strong locations for action scenes. This shows the film will have a wide scale and many intense moments.The film stars Rukmini Vasanth as the female lead. She is known for ‘Kantara: Chapter 1’. Veteran actor Anil Kapoor also plays an important role. He teams up with Jr NTR again after ‘War 2’. Actor Tovino Thomas is expected to appear in a key role. The music is composed by ‘KGF’ and ‘Salaar’ composer Ravi Basrur.Jr NTR was last seen in the spy action thriller ‘War 2’, which, even though it collected Rs 364.35 crore worldwide, was termed to have had a lower box office run due to its high budget.The makers had earlier announced that the film would be released on June 25, 2026, but they haven’t shared frequent updates, making fans speculate whether it will eventually be delayed.
