Young music director Navin Shanker, who was a budding composer in Tamil cinema and is known for working in the Tamil film 'Visiri', passed away last night on October 31. Reports are that Navin was admitted to a hospital recently after he fell ill and finally passed away.
Mourning Navin Shanker's demise, popular playback singer Soundarya Bala Nandakumar wrote, "Rest in peace Saravanan Navin Shanker.
I cannot believe I even heard this news. Have always been this super warm person to work with you have supported me and our Yours Shamefully team so much, gone too soon. Rest in peace brother. For people who are worried it is not COVID.".
It has been clarified that the young music composer's death is not due to Covid 19 and also that he had tested negative for Corona virus. Navin Shanker was simultaneously working on various independent projects as a music director and was supposed be composing music for Vimal's upcoming film 'Chozhanattan' directed by Ranjith Kanna.
