'Parasakthi' trailer review: Sivakarthikeyan and Ravi Mohan starrer strikes well with worthy moments, fans call it a 'Power peak'

Director Sudha Kongara's 'Parasakthi,' starring Sivakarthikeyan, is making all the headlines with its trailer, and it has to be said that the trailer is indeed good. Set against the socio-political background of the 1960s and anti-Hindi imposition protests that are a staple in Tamil Nadu, the movie is produced by Dawn Pictures. Being the 25th film for Sivakarthikeyan, the leading actor, and the 100th film for GV Prakash Kumar as music director, the film has a lot to live up to. The trailer sets up the expectations, and the trailer is well-suited to the film, which will be released worldwide on January 10.

The anti-Hindi imposition struggle of the 1960s

Ravi Mohan's sinister look as the antagonist in itself took everyone by surprise, "This is why he agreed to act in such an impactful role in a commercial film starring a matinee idol."
