Director Nandhini: My husband is my first audience, and he motivated me to develop a strong project - Exclusive!

Nandhini JS, the notable director, has just delivered the web series 'Inspector Rishi', and the supernatural series is streaming on a popular digital platform in multiple languages. In an exclusive chat with ETimes, Nandhini JS has opened up on the challenges of filming the supernatural series 'Inspector Rishi' inside the deep forest of Munnar.

About handling a team of seniors and juniors for 'Inspector Rishi', Nandhini JS said, "It was a reasonable experience as I collaborated with two different generation stars as they shared two different ideas, and it helped me develop a quality film. Cinematographer Bargav Sridhar was so keen on his policies, as he always wanted day scenes to be shot during the day and night scenes at night, as he was more concerned about the color grading. Naveen Chandra has gone deep into his character as Rishi, and he was always in his character. Many people have helped me in this journey of making 'Inspector Rishi', but it's my husband who is the main pillar of the film. My husband is my first audience, and he motivated me well to develop a strong film.".

'Inspector Rishi' actor Naveen Chandra has also spoken about playing serious roles regularly. He shared, "I am not sticking to the idea of doing the furious role, but it's the characters and subject that impresses me to do such a role. As a final result, they have been impressing the audience, and I am happy to continue it. Rishi is my favorite one to date, and I hope the audience will enjoy it as well.".
