‘Message can be ignored, not bullets’: Gippy Grewal receives alleged threat from Goldy Brar; chilling audio clip goes viral

A purported audio clip allegedly linked to foreign-based gangster Goldy Brar threatening Punjabi actor-singer Gippy Grewal surfaced on social media on Tuesday, sparking concern among fans and industry insiders.In the unverified audio recording, the caller—believed to be Brar—can be heard confronting Grewal for not responding to an earlier message, as reported by PTI. Issuing a chilling warning, the voice in the clip says, “Message can be ignored, but not bullets.”The authenticity of the audio, however, has not been officially confirmed.Reacting to the development, Sukhbir Singh Badal slammed the AAP government over the law and order situation in Punjab.“Disturbed to learn that our superstar Gippy Grewal received a threat from notorious gangster Goldy Brar—right after CM @BhagwantMann withdrew his security cover, just because he came to meet me at my Badal residence recently!” he wrote on X.He further alleged, “No one is safe in Punjab anymore, as law and order has totally collapsed. Security is now decided on the CM’s whims and fancies.” Drawing parallels with the past, Badal added, “We already lost one of our best singers, Sidhu Moosewala, due to the disastrous decision to withdraw his security and leak it to the media.”He also shared the purported audio clip on social media. For the unversed, Goldy Brar is among the key accused in the 2022 murder case of Sidhu Moosewala, a crime that had sent shockwaves across the country.
