Niyas Backer in Manja

Actor Niyas Backer, who is seen in cameos, will now play the lead in Bijoy’s directorial debut, Manja.“It’s about the story of a village man and a small chapter in his life. He is a farmer and his desire to achieve something sets him on a pursuit. It’s about his travel and the later interesting incidents,” says Bijoy. The movie also stars Shammy Thilakan, Ashokan, and Ramesh Pisharody among others. The story, script and screenplay are written by Bijoy himself.Manja will start rolling form August.
