Dulquer Salmaan completes 14 years as an actor; announces ‘I’m Game’ release

Dulquer Salmaan has completed 14 glorious years in the movie industry as an actor. It has been almost a decade and a half since he started his journey as an actor. On Tuesday, February 3, Dulquer Salmaan took to his social media handle to mark the occasion, and also dropped a new poster of his highly-anticipated upcoming film ‘I’m Game’. In a note shared on Instagram, Dulquer Salmaan said, “Today marks 14 years of my journey as an actor. Thank you, each and every one of you! For the endless love. For the encouragement. For a place in your hearts.”Dropping the poster of ‘I’m Game’, Dulquer Salmaan confirmed that the film is gearing up for Onam release. “To mark this milestone sharing a poster from my next! #ImGame Coming to Cinemas near you this Onam,” he added. The upcoming film marks Dulquer's comeback to Malayalam after the 2023 release of ‘King of Kotha’. Based on the story by Nahas, the script of the film is co-written by Bilal Moidu, Ismail Aboobacker, and Sajeer Baba. Shahabas Rasheed and Aadarsh Sukumaran have crafted the dialogues. The technical crew comprises cinematographer Jimshi Khalid, editor Chaman Chakko, music director Jakes Bejoy, production designer Ajayan Chalissery, and action choreographers Anbariv. Starring Dulquer Salmaan, the film is expected to be a gangster flick. Antony Varghese Pepe plays a crucial role in the upcoming film. 'I'm Game' will release in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and Kannada. Meanwhile, on the work front, Dulquer Salmaan recently appeared in the music video ‘Bheegi Bheegi’. He starred alongside Mrunal Thakur in it. This project also marks his reunion with his ‘Sita Ramam’ co-star Mrunal Thakur.
