Dinesh Karthik praises ‘Ponman’ and ‘Eko’
Dinesh Karthik took to his X (formerly Twitter) handle, where he appreciated the good films. He shared that he watched ‘Ponman’ and ‘Eko’ this week, and both films left a strong impact on him. According to Karthik, Malayalam cinema is working on a completely different level.
Calls Basil Joseph’s acting unreal
He wrote, “Two high-quality movies I’ve watched this last week. PONMAN n EKO.” Talking about ‘Ponam,’ he wrote, “Unreal acting from @basiljoseph25 in Ponman; you literally live the movie through him, and as always, it’s solid from the supporting cast as well.”
‘Eko’ leaves him impressed
Additionally, Dinesh Karthik then spoke about Dinjith Ayyathan’s ‘Eko.’ He said the film completely surprised him. He praised the cinematography, locations, and the unique storytelling. According to him, the film was beautifully made and stayed with him even after it ended. “EKO blew my mind in terms of cinematography, locations, and such a unique story so beautifully woven together by Dinjith,” his post read.
Lastly, he wrote, “Malayalam cinema is on a different level altogether. More power to all; make more such movies and keep putting the smile on the world that watches movies.”
