Daboo Malik reveals how Salman Khan and Sohail Khan’s support changed his life: 'My tongue, my facial expressions felt paralyzed'

Armaan Malik and Amaal Mallik’s father, music composer Daboo Malik, recently opened up about his personal and professional struggles. In a candid interview, he spoke about the loneliness he experienced and the challenges he faced in the music industry.

In an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Daboo recalled his difficult times and revealed how Sohail Khan, Salman Khan, and the entire Khan family stood by him. He said, “There was a time when I felt I couldn’t even speak — my tongue, my facial expressions felt paralyzed due to the stress of the internet. Not medically, but emotionally. If I had to ask someone for help, my self-respect would hold me back, because how could I admit that I couldn’t protect my own children? It was a diabolic situation — how could this even happen? And then, luckily, Sohail Khan came into my life, Salim Uncle came into my life, and Salman Bhai came into my life — and that brought the biggest change.”

He shared that Sohail not only supported him emotionally and financially but also guided him at every step, assuring him that he would never be alone. Daboo added that Sohail’s faith in his talent gave him the confidence to pursue his dreams and achieve something meaningful in life.
