Katrina Kaif on the sequel of ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’

With some back-to-back big budget films, Katrina Kaif is currently on a roll. The actress, who is busy with the promotions of her upcoming film ‘Zero’, opened up about the possible sequel of one of her most popular films, ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’.

Speaking about Zoya Akhtar coming up with the sequel to the multi-starrer, Katrina reportedly stated that whenever she will meet the director she always tells her that she should write a sequel.

Apart from Katrina, the film starred Hrithik Roshan, Abhay Deol, Farhan Akhtar and Kalki Koechlin in pivotal roles.

Her upcoming film ‘Zero’ is directed by Aanand L Rai and also stars Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma in lead roles. The film is slated to hit the theatres on December 21, 2018.

Atif Aslam to sing a romantic song penned by Salman Khan for 'Race 3'

After mesmerising us with his voice in 'Dil Diyan Gallan' Pakistani singer, Atif Aslam, is all set to come on board as the playback singer for the upcoming action thriller, 'Race 3'. The song is touted to be a romantic number and the lyrics for the love ballad have been written by none other than Salman Khan.

The film’s co-producer, Ramesh Taurani confirmed the news to a tabloid by saying that Atif Aslam has been part of every 'Race' film and hence the makers found him perfect for a romantic song in the third instalment. The song is reported to be picturised in Abu Dhabi and will be choreographed by director Remo D’Souza.

Atif has earlier sung the hit number, 'Pehli Nazar Mein' for the first part of 'Race'. In the second instalment, he lent his voice for two songs 'Beintehaa' and 'Allah Duhai Hai'.

'Race 3', starring Salman Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Daisy Shah, Saqeeb Salim, Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol is slated to release during Eid this year.

Priyanka Chopra to star in ‘Aitraaz’ sequel?

Priyanka Chopra achieved success by playing a negative role in ‘Aitraaz’ in 2004 and now fourteen years after the release of the love triangle flick, Subhash Ghai is all set to make its sequel.
According to reports, the filmmaker now holds the final script of the film after working on it for two years and would like to have the original actress Priyanka Chopra in it. The two have reportedly discussed the project and would further discuss it once she is back after wrapping up the third season of her international TV show ‘Quantico’.
The reports also suggest that the former Miss World has liked the story of the film and is keen to take up the project by working on her dates. Let’s hope we get to see PeeCee again in a Bollywood film after her last appearances in Hindi flicks ‘Bajirao Mastani’ and 'Jai Gangaajal'.

Sanjay Dutt and Chitrangda Singh shoot for the last leg of ‘Sahib Biwi Aur Gangster 3’

Director Tigmanshu Dhulia will soon be back with ‘Sahib Biwi Aur Gangster 3’ and is currently shooting the last leg of the film at Madh Island in Mumbai. A still of Sanjay Dutt and Chitrangda Singh recently surfaced on the web, making us all the more curious about the new story the filmmaker is going to return with. A major part of the film has already been shot in September and October in Rajasthan. ‘Sahib Biwi Aur Gangster 3’ also stars Kabir Bedi and Deepak Tijori in prominent roles with the main lead Jimmy Shergill and Mahie Gill continuing as Aditya Pratap Singh and Madhavi Devi respectively. Soha Ali Khan who featured in the second film of the series, ‘Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster Returns’ also has an appearance in the film.

Katrina Kaif not offered ‘Krrish 4’ opposite Hrithik Roshan

Though Katrina Kaif has reportedly expressed her desire to play a superheroine in a film, she denies being offered Hrithik Roshan’s ‘Krrish 4’.

On being quipped about the fourth installment of the ‘Krrish’ series, she hinted that how Kangana was a superheroine in ‘Krrish 3’ and there would definitely be one in the next as well. However, she has not been approached for the role.

According to reports, the ‘Jagga Jasoos’ actress is glad that more action-oriented roles are being written for the actresses and she herself will be seen performing some hardcore action scenes in her next.

Sridevi gears up for 'Mr. India' sequel and we are already excited!

According to the reports, Sridevi is gearing up for the sequel to her blockbuster film 'Mr. India' that starred Anil Kapoor in the titular role and released in the late '80s. The rumours about the movie's sequel have been doing the rounds in the media since long time now and reportedly, Sridevi has started working on the same. It is said that she is figuring out the styling and costumes for the movie. Wow! Now that's great news for those who loved the 1987 release 'Mr. India' starring Anil Kapoor and Sridevi in the lead. Each and every character from the movie is still fresh in the minds of the audience and the film has tremendous repeat value on satellite too. Characters like Mogambo, Daga, Teja, Calender, the kids, the press editor (played by Annu Kapoor) were highly adored and appreciated. Let's wait and watch what the sequel has in store for the audience!

'Hera Pheri 3' shelved?

'Hera Pheri 3' will be the sequel to the 2006 hit comedy, 'Phir Hera Pheri', if it gets made! The third installment of 'Hera Pheri' stars John Abraham, Abhishek Bachchan, Suniel Shetty and Paresh Rawal. However, according to a report in Dnaindia.com, the shooting of the movie has stalled. This movie is being made by Firoz Nadiadwala whose last film, 'Welcome Back' did not do well at the box-office. It is being said that the filmmaker is in debt and has a dearth of finances to complete the shooting of 'Hera Pheri 3'. The speculations that the movie might get shelved are making rounds and only Firoz Nadiadwala can put these rumors to rest. John Abraham, Abhishek Bachchan too busy to shoot for ‘Hera Pheri 3’

The ardent fans of the 'Hera Pheri' series may not be happy to hear that the third flick in line may not release as per schedule. John Abraham and Abhishek Bachchan had signed the project along with Neha Sharma and had even completed the shooting for the first schedule in June but since then, there has been no update on the same, as reported on Mid-Day.com. Meanwhile, John has been keeping busy with his other upcoming films, 'Rocky Handsome', 'Dishoom' and 'Force 2' and Abhishek is occupied with 'Housefull 3' and other professional ventures while the shooting of the film hangs in limbo.

On the other hand, there are many more sequels we can't wait to watch...

Andaz Apna Apna has become a cult movie and everyone seems to be a fan of this comedy film. Aamir Khan and Salman Khan's camaraderie has been the talking point of the film and there were also reports about their on-screen chemistry which will be back with an Andaz Apna Apna sequel. Nothing has been decided yet about the sequel. In a media interaction, Aamir and Salman were seen sharing some fun moments and when they were asked about Andaz Apna Apna's sequel, Salman said, "We can play fathers now." While Aamir immediately added, "Ranbir and Imran can play our fathers in the movie."

Salman Khan's double role in Judwaa was much appreciated and everyone wanted a repeat of the same. There were a lot of reports about the film and its sequel. There were reports that Saif Ali Khan might play the Dabangg Khan's role. There were also rumours that Sonakshi Sinha will be the actress in Judwaa 2. Nothing has been decided about the sequel but all Salman fans want to see him again in a double role on screen. The original film was directed by David Dhawan, and starred Salman Khan opposite Karisma Kapoor and Rambha.

Mr. India is one of the most awaited sequels in Bollywood. The sequel was announced a while ago and it was rumoured that Sridevi will be a part of the film. Amrish Puri had played the role of Mogambo, one of the best-known villains of Bollywood but since he is no more, it would be interesting to see as to who essays the role now. Mr India was produced by Sridevi's husband, Boney Kapoor. In an interview to PTI, Sridevi had said, "Of course, I will be part of Mr India 2. But right now it is too early to talk about it. I don't know what my role is going to be in the sequel. My husband is now going to start shooting No Entry Main Entry. So only after he finishes this film, we can talk about Mr India 2."

Salman Khan entertained all his fans in Dabangg and Dabangg 2. The most obvious next step is an addition to what now seems to be a successful franchise. Arbaaz and Salman are quite excited about the project. Arbaaz has reportedly expressed a wish to get a good story for Dabangg 3 to take the Dabangg franchise ahead. Salman has also recently confirmed the possibility of the film when he said that the script was in development and that Sonakshi Sinha will be a part of the film.

Though it was a brief appearance, Salman Khan's fans loved him in No Entry and now they are eager to see Bhai in the film's sequel, No Entry Mein Entry. According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, Boney Kapoor confirmed, "The time has come for me to talk on this. I was supposed to shoot the film in June/July this year. But Salman will be busy with Kick till mid-July. So, I will put my film on floors in January 2015. Salman has allotted 134 days to the film." Anees Bazmee, who had directed No Entry, will helm the sequel as well. According to the report, Salman, Anil and Fardeen will be seen in triple roles in the film's sequel. While Salman and Fardeen will have a look alike each, Anil will have a twin brother.
