She added, “This is the kind of family film that reminds you, how important family is and how important the support of your family is. I found that just so beautiful, especially in the world of today.”

She said that she saw him sobbing and wiping tears as they watched the film. When she asked him if he was crying, he denied and asked her if she can facetime director Shonali Bose so that he could tell her that films like that are the reason they become actors for.
Priyanka also went on to add that Nick had joined her on the sets of the film on the last day of their shoot. It was just days before their wedding in Rajasthan in December last year. She revealed that he told her to focus on the film while he helped his family with the wedding preparations.

Recently, the actress had shared, “I’m in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh today for a field visit with UNICEF, to one of the largest refugee camps in the world. In the second half of 2017, the world saw horrific images of ethnic cleansing from the Rakhine State of Myanmar(Burma). This violence drove nearly 700,000 Rohingya across the border into Bangladesh - 60% are children! These children are at the forefront of this humanitarian crisis, and they desperately need our help. The world needs to care. We need to care. These kids are our future.”
While interacting with an international media portal, Priyanka revealed the reason why she is supporting the social cause attached to Rohingya crisis. She said that she has a gentle heart and feels extremely emotional and sensitive especially towards children because they are innocent as they have no hand in anything. She further added that they don’t even know that the life they’re living in is horrible and the Rohingya refugee crisis is one of the biggest humanitarian crisis in the recent times. She expressed how there are so many children that don’t have access to basic education, that don’t have access to food, water, shelter.
Talking about the changes that could be implemented, PeeCee professed that the solution would be that they have citizenship of their own country. Showing her concern, Priyanka concluded that it is important right now for everyone to be able to recognise that there are so many children in a situation where they have nothing. They don’t have clean water and that should be a worry for us.
Priyanka Chopra reveals why she wants to have an open house philosophy in her production house
Earlier in conversation with a daily, the ‘Baywatch’ actor reportedly professed that she doesn’t look at cinema differently because she is a producer. And that she wants to make the kind of films as a producer, which she may not have seen being made otherwise. She further added that regional cinema, for instance, is one such (area of) focus for her and it is very important for her to give new talent (the right) opportunities.
Furthermore, speaking about her journey so far, the desi girl averred that when she entered Bollywood, everyone was somebody’s uncle or somebody’s daughter. She even mentioned that it’s very difficult to get inside a production office if you are an actor from no [film] background.

In an interview with a US-based Hollywood magazine, Priyanka spoke about the difficulties of working in America.
The ‘Baywatch’ actor said that the hardest part of starting work in America was starting out after having an almost 15-year career elsewhere.
