Masaba Gupta's Indian wedding with Madhu Mantena has created a buzz on social media. From Masaba's uncoventional bridal attire to the grand reception, everything has been making headlines. While we appreciate Masaba's quirky sense of fashion, Masaba herself is not very pleased with her reception gown. She shared a picture from her reception on Instagram and wrote, "Was def drunk while imagining These embellished booblets .. looking like quite a fail in pictures. Bigger fail in reality. should've just gone with the original silver - stupid to interfere with the designers Vision"

Masaba Gupta and producer Madhu Mantena's sangeet ceremony was a grand affair. Many well-known Bollywood personalities attended the event. Masaba Gupta and Madhu's close friends, Shahid Kapoor and Mira, were also seen attending all the events. In this picture, Shahid can be seen shaking a leg with his lovely wife, Mira. As per reports, the couple danced to 'Saree ke fall...' at Masaba's sangeet ceremony. Few reports claim that Alia Bhatt, too, danced along with the couple.

Fashionistas, Sonam Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor, also attended Masaba and Madhu's sangeet ceremony. Both sisters, who are a fan of Masaba's designs and creations, looked their best at the sangeet ceremony. Sonam Kapoor, who is a very close friend of Masaba, shared a picture with her on Instagram and wrote, "@masabagupta masabi!!! You beauty I'm so happy for you!! #aboutlastnight #chaddibuddy"

Designer Masaba, who is known for her out-of-the-box fashion creations and unconventional designs, looked radiant in the pink ensemble during her sangeet ceremony. From the photographers to the jewellery and dress designers, Masaba thanked everyone on Instagram. She wrote, "Raw mango. Sanjay - your enthusiasm is inspirational ..as is your love for weaves �� @amrapalijewels. If you ever want a dream team to photograph your wedding - hire these guys @storiesbyjosephradhik .. Downright brilliant. It was an honor to be shot by you guys."

Alia Bhatt, who is a good friend of Masaba, also attended the event. She shared a picture with the bride and her friends and wrote, "Spice girls loving !!!! @masabagupta @anushkaranjan @akansharanjan"

Masaba also shared a picture of the guests from the wedding, post the event. She wrote, “Shiny happy people @sonamkapoor @rheakapoor @valliyan @poojadhingra @chefkelvincheung @shivanandnarresh @siddhartth" Guest partied and enjoyed themselves till wee hours in the morning.

Designer Masaba Gupta, known for her fascination for block prints, decked up in a white and gold silk attire for her mehendi ceremony. Interestingly, even her mehendi pattern resembled the pattern on her outfit. Accessorized with golden earrings that went well with the gota work on her dress, Masaba looked simple and sweet at the ceremony. With Madhu Mantena dressed up in a green and black kurta pajama, the couple complemented each other in contrasting silk.

Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput are the closest friends of Madhu Mantena and Masaba Gupta and have been regular at all their wedding ceremonies, including the bridal shower and the mehendi. Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput arrived hand in hand at the mehendi ceremony, which was a very close knit affair with only a few family and friends present. Dressed in a maroon silk kurta and a Nehru jacket, Shahid looked a dapper while Mira neutralized him in a lemon floor-length Madmsam Tinzin kurta.

While Phantom Films co-owner Anurag Kashyap was not clicked at the intimate mehendi ceremony, Masaba did share a glimpse of the men, including Madhu Mantena in green kurta, shaking a leg together at the do. While we are sure her mom and actress Neena Gupta would have definitely attended the event, which celebs besides Shahid and Mira will attend Masaba-Madhu’s destination wedding remains unknown.

Masaba Gupta’s bridal shower ahead of the wedding celebrations was an intimate affair with the guests spotted in floral tiaras and with ‘M’ marked gifts. While Neena Gupta was spotted in a one-shoulder attire, Masaba had chosen her favourite white for the do. Alia Bhatt’s mom and former actress Soni Razdan, Shahid Kapoor with wife Mira, Shilpa Shetty and many others made the event a special one for Masaba.
