For the longest time, fans and media have been speculating the story line. While the time travel theory became the talking point, film's producer Karan Johar spilled the beans about the same in a latest promotional video. "The best way to forward the concept is that 'What if you were given a chance to see the future of your relationship? What if every single one of us, we all go through our relationship traumas, what if we see the future and we come to know how good or bad it is?" To which, Farhan Akhtar said, "How good or bad it will be? And having seen that, what would you do to change it?" Karan finally concludes saying, "Yes, that is what 'Baar Baar Dekho' is all about.
