Shah Rukh Khan has OCD reveals Karan Johar; claims actor 'can judge you if you wear badly fitted jeans'

The King Khan of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan, is loved both for his on-screen appearance and off-screen personality. His fans love to catch a glimpse of his real-life personality, and spilling some beans on the same matter, his close friend and renowned filmmaker Karan Johar spilt some beans. The National Award winning filmmkar Karan Johar spoke about one of SRK’s quirks and shared that Bollywood’s Badshah has an OCD about jeans! Read on to know what exactly Karan shared.

Karan Johar says Shah Rukh Khan can judge you if you wear a badly fitted jeans

Karan Johar recently appeared on ‘The Manyavar Shaadi Show,’ where, while speaking to the hosts, he revealed, "He (Shah Rukh Khan) has OCD about the fit of the jeans.”


“He can judge you if you wear badly-fitted jeans. He will think you are a bad person," added Johar.

Karan mentioned that every time he goes to Mannat, he gets a look from SRK. “He is that crazy.. Jeans ko dekhkar he can... so everytime I go to Mannat, I say I am not wearing jeans, he will give me that eye and ask 'Kaha se mili ye jeans?' and I know, I am like 'Oh God!'," said the ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani’ director.

Further, in the communication, Karan revealed that it all started when he met Shah Rukh for the first time on the sets of ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge.’ Karan was an AD on the movie and in charge of Shah Rukh’s clothes. Looking at SRK’s frame, KJo suggested that he should change the brand of his jeans. According to him, the other brand would have fitted him better.

Interestingly, the brand that Karan wanted Shah to wear wasn’t easily available in India back in 94. Yet, Karan did everything possible to make things happen. Then, he tried to convince Shah Rukh with all the details, and SRK was like, “Kaun pagal aa gya hai? Kaha se aya hai? Why is he giving me this advice?' (Who is that mad person? Where did he come from?)”

Shah Rukh Khan then asked Aditya Chopra for help. He asked who the man was telling him to change his jeans and going all technical about it. To this, Aditya said, "Yeh South Bombay se aaya hai... inn logon ko pata hota hai [He is from South Bombay; these people know it]."
