Randeep Hooda bulks up for Shraddha Kapoor starrer ‘Eetha’; actor’s intense mirror selfie has fans saying 'koi aapse sikhe'
Actor Randeep Hooda has sparked fresh buzz online after posting a shirtless mirror selfie that highlights a noticeably bulked-up frame. Fans quickly linked the transformation to his next film, ‘Eetha,’ which also stars Shraddha Kapoor. Hooda is known for pushing his body to match a role, and the latest image has reinforced that reputation. The film's shoot is currently underway in Mumbai.
As reported in Mid-Day, the new look is tied to ‘Eetha,’ produced by Maddock Films and directed by Laxmikant Utekar. The report further added that, “Randeep has always been extremely committed to his craft, and physical transformation is something he takes very seriously. If a role demands a certain look or body type, he fully immerses himself into achieving it, and with Eetha it’s no different. Right now, he’s focusing on gaining massive strength and bulking up”.
The buzz had already started days earlier when Hooda was spotted in the city after a shoot, sporting a thick moustache and a heavier frame. A video from that appearance went viral, adding to the chatter around his changing look.
The report further added, “Among the few sets that were built on the site in November, one reflected the interior of a house, and another, a bustling village. The director kept the sets standing until Shraddha healed. Now, they have resumed the shoot of a dance number that sees Shraddha’s character performing on a stage in the middle of a mela. Over 800 background artistes, who will be seen as people milling about at the mela, report to the set every day. Vaibhavi Merchant is choreographing the fast-paced number,” outlining the scale of the ongoing shoot.
