Ranveer Singh’s film ‘Dhurandhar - The Revenge’. The makers of ‘Dacoit’ have confirmed that they have postponed the release of the film to April 10.
The first teaser of ‘Dhurandhar - The Revenge’ was launched on Tuesday, February 3, igniting the excitement around the film. The makers also confirmed that the film will be released on March 19, 2026.
The makers of ‘Dacoit’ wrapped up the final schedule of ‘Dacoit’ on February 3. “Wrapping the final schedule of Dacoit feels both surreal and deeply emotional for me. This film has been an intense journey, physically, creatively, and mentally," the actor told IANS. “From writing the first draft to now, standing at the edge of completion, every phase has demanded complete honesty and commitment,” he added.

Starring Adivi Sesh, 'Dacoit' is directed by first-time filmmaker Shaneil Deo, who has co-written the screenplay with Sesh. The film follows an angry convict seeking vengeance on his ex-girlfriend who betrayed him.
Mrunal Thakur has roped in as the leading lady. The film will be released in Hindi and Telugu.
Meanwhile, Adivi Sesh also has ‘Goodachari 2’ in the pipeline. He will be seen alongside Wamiqa Gabbi and Emraan Hashmi.
On the other hand, Mrunal Thakur has multiple films in the pipeline. She is starring in ‘Do Deewane Seher Mein’, alongside Siddhant Chaturvedi. The film directed by Ravi Udyawar, is set to release in theatres on February 20.
The actress also has ‘Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai’ in the pipeline. She plays the lead role alongside Varun Dhawan and Pooja Hegde. The film directed by David Dhawan is set to release in June.
