Krithi Shetty has been signed opposite Tiger Shroff in director Milap Zaveri’s upcoming action thriller. As reported, the film is expected to be full of fights and big moments, and it will be the first time the actress will be playing a full-fledged role in Hindi.

Shooting plans and schedule details

As per the reports in Mid Day, the film is set to start rolling in Mumbai on January 21. The makers have planned an intensive shooting schedule of two months. The entire shoot will take place in Mumbai, which means the team will work continuously without long breaks.

Reports also suggest that Tiger Shroff will start this project after he finishes Raj Mehta’s next film with Lakshya, and interestingly, for the 'War 2' actor, this will be another high-energy action film, and for Krithi, it's much more special.

Krithi Shetty on Hindi films and comfort with language

Earlier Krithi Shetty spoke about working in Hindi films and her comfort with the language. She had played a small part in Super 30 as a child actor.In an interview with PTI, she said, "I don't think it ('Super 30') was even a role; I was just there in the crowd. I was born and brought up in Mumbai, so Hindi is the most comfortable language for me." She also shared how working in South films helped her grow. Talking about Hindi films, she said, "So, Hindi will be organic.
It would be a fun experience performance-wise. So I'm excited and open to it (Hindi films)."

From South cinema success to new projects ahead

Moreover, about working in the Malayalam film 'ARM,' she shared, "In Malayalam cinema, it is all about being raw, authentic, and organic in terms of performance." She added that she was nervous at first but received good guidance. She said, "One thing that I always aspired to be as an actor: I wanted to be raw, authentic, and minute." Krithi became popular after her roles in Uppena and Shyam Singha Roy in 2021. She was last seen in the Telugu film 'Manamey' in 2024 and in the Malayalam film 'ARM.' She will soon appear in Tamil films like 'Vaa Vaathiyaar,' 'Love Insurance Kompany,' and 'Genie.'
