Karisma and Sunjay: A Marriage That Made Headlines


Karisma Kapoor married businessman Sunjay Kapur in a lavish but private ceremony on September 29, 2003, in Mumbai.


The couple had welcomed their kids, Samaira, in 2005, and Kiaan in 2011. However, their relationship deteriorated over the years. Reportedly both parties levelled serious allegations during a highly publicized divorce battle that ended in 2016.

After the divorce, Sunjay Kapur married Priya Sachdev, with whom he had a son, Azarius, in 2018. Priya also has a daughter, Safira, from her previous marriage to Vikram Chatwal. On the work front Karisma Kapoor was last seen in 'Murder Mubarak' which received mixed reviews from the audiences.
