The makers of ‘Bhooth Bangla’ are reportedly preparing to unveil the film’s teaser on March 9, raising excitement ahead of its theatrical release on April 10. Headlined by Akshay Kumar, the upcoming horror-comedy also marks his much-awaited reunion with filmmaker Priyadarshan, a duo known for delivering several beloved entertainers over the years.As India Today stated, reports suggest the date chosen for the teaser launch carries personal significance for Akshay Kumar. The actor, who was born on September 9, is believed to consider the number nine especially lucky. Sources suggest the actor often incorporates the number into various aspects of his life, including his vehicles' number plates. Because of this connection, releasing the teaser on March 9 is said to be a meaningful choice linked to the actor’s fondness for the number. ‘Bhooth Bangla’ also marks the return of the popular Akshay Kumar–Priyadarshan collaboration after several years. The pair has previously delivered memorable films such as ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa’, ‘Hera Pheri’ and ‘Garam Masala’, all of which continue to enjoy a strong fan following. Given the success of their earlier projects, expectations for their latest horror-comedy are already high among audiences. Industry buzz also indicates that the full trailer of ‘Bhooth Bangla’ may arrive later this month. Reports suggest it could be attached to the theatrical screenings of ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’, which is slated to hit cinemas on March 19.Another aspect generating excitement is Akshay Kumar’s on-screen reunion with Tabu after nearly 25 years.
