Aryan Khan to Navya Naveli Nanda and Krishna Shroff: Bollywood star kids who don’t want to pursue acting

Bollywood star kids are ruling the internet with their Instagram posts and fans are eager to know when these millennials will spell their charm on the silver screen. From Aryan Khan’s dapper posts to Navya Naveli Nanda’s glamorous avatars and Ira Khan’s quirky posts, social media has seen it all. But Instagram could be the only platform where we get to enjoy these star kids as they have no plans to venture in front of the camera. From Aryan Khan to Ira Khan and Nysa Devgn, meet the star kids who have little interest in playing the lead in a Bollywood film.

Shah Rukh Khan recently made a grand revelation that his son, Aryan has no plans to act. SRK opened up about Aryan’s acting aspirations on a chat show and said that Aryan had once told him that he doesn’t want to act as he feels that he will be constantly compared to his superstar father and he doesn’t want to be in that position. Shah Rukh thought it was a very practical and honest decision. While SRK has charmed fans for decades seems like his son may not follow the legacy.

Navya Naveli Nanda’s grandparents, Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan are acting stalwarts. And while her mother may not have pursued a career in front of the camera, Navya’s 'mamu' Abhishek Bachchan is an established actor. Despite so much talent in the house, this star kid has no plans of venturing into the world of glamour. In an interview a few years back the celeb kid had revealed that she was enjoying her internship with an advertising agency in Manhattan. Echoing similar sentiments Navya’s mother Shweta Bachchan Nanda had also stated that her daughter has no particular interest in acting.

With talented parents like Kajol and Ajay Devgn, it seems likely that Nysa would want to pursue a career in Bollywood. However the teenage star kid is away in Singapore studying at the prestigious United World College of South East Asia and has no plans of facing the camera. “She is not in the country, she is studying right now. As of yet she has no intentions. But she can change her mind,” Ajay Devgn had told PTI.

While Tiger Shroff is earning a name in front of the camera, his sister Krishna has little interest in acting. Speaking to IANS, Jackie Shroff’s daughter had stated, “When it comes to acting, I have always been very clear from the beginning that it's not something that intrigues me. I am not the one to face the camera... I am a very private person. I like my own zone and I like being in my own space.” She has however worked as an assistant director on Tiger Shroff’s ‘Munna Michael’.

Aamir Khan’s daughter is busy pursuing her dreams of direction and recently made a revelation of sorts on Instagram on how she never wanted to face the camera. “I'm not very good at acting. I'm shy. And its something I never bothered to work on because I didn't want to act. Turns out.. You need to act from time to time if you want to direct. Or be able to, willing to or, at the very least, understand how it works. It makes me have to get over myself, (which is great). Sometimes I manage, sometimes I don't. I'm working on it. The key is pariticupating,” shared Ira.
