Anuv Jain woos Hyderabad: Love songs, Loud choruses & one big ‘Yes!’
Before nearly 7,000 fans in Hyderabad, Anuv Jain’s concert delivered both melody and a moment of romance — with loud sing-alongs, a fan duet, and even a mid-show engagement! Love was definitely in the air.
The proposal
In a mid-show moment that drew loud cheers, Simran, a data engineer, proposed to her boyfriend, Prashoon Chandrakar, placing a ring on his finger during the song Jo Tum Mere Ho. Prashoon had proposed to her just last month, and this time, she returned the gesture at the concert. Anuv soon spotted the couple and dedicated the rest of the show to them. “The entire show is now for you guys,” he said.
Whether reading out fan posters or playing rock-paper-scissors with the front row, Anuv kept the crowd hooked.

“She is super confident... I need your support!” Anuv said, inviting fan and vocalist Nehal Tapadia on stage. The two shared the mic for Jo Tum Mere Ho, as fans cheered along.
