Bold silhouettes and star power dominate the runway

Chennai turned into a glamorous style capital last week as the Times Fashion Fiesta 2025 unfolded with a dazzling blend of fashion, glitz and glamour. The runway came alive with fashion-forward trends, striking designs, bold silhouettes and refined craftsmanship, where contemporary aesthetics met timeless elegance. The event featured three ramp walk sequences, beginning with handloom saris, followed by western wear trends, and concluding with gold jewellery designs inspired by the Pongal tradition.

The evening was elevated by celebrity showstoppers Sanchita Shetty , Saras Menon and Shivani Narayanan , who set the ramp on fire with confident walks and powerful fashion expressions. Post the runway spectacle, the celebration continued with an exclusive dinner and cocktail soirée for guests. Sharing her thoughts, Shivani Narayanan said, “The Times Fashion Fiesta was truly exceptional, as it celebrated individual fashion sensibilities and elevated Chennai’s style narrative to a more contemporary, trend-driven space.”
