Shakira to perform in Mumbai and Delhi this April
Four-time Grammy Award winner Shakira is set to return to India to headline the third edition of the Feeding India Concert 2026, with performances scheduled in Mumbai on 10 April and Delhi on 15 April. The multi-city format marks a first for the initiative, with District by Zomato organising the concerts, presented by HSBC India.
The Colombian superstar’s return has been eagerly anticipated by fans across the country. Known for her dynamic stage presence and global hits such as Hips Don’t Lie, Whenever, Wherever and Waka Waka, Shakira remains one of the best-selling music artists in the world.
Beyond the music, the concert aims to strengthen conversations around hunger and malnutrition. Through her philanthropic work with the Barefoot Foundation, which supports education and child welfare initiatives, Shakira has long championed the rights of vulnerable children — a mission that aligns with the vision of the Feeding India Concert.
Commenting on the announcement, Shakira said, “Performing in India has always been special to me, and I'm excited to connect with my fans across Mumbai and Delhi. The Feeding India Concert is about more than music; it's about standing together to ensure every child has access to the nutrition they need to thrive."
The expansion to two cities reflects the growing scale of the initiative, which continues to bring together artists, changemakers and citizens in a shared effort to work towards Zero Hunger by 2030.Get the latest entertainment updates from the Times of India, along with the latest Hindi movies, upcoming Hindi movies in 2026 , and Telugu movies.”
