This year, the iconic 'Star Wars' is back again in a whole new way at the Super Bowl, with the new trailer for 'The Mandalorian & Grogu' releasing during the game.Here's all you need to know about the trailer that marks the much-awaited return of the iconic duo.The 30-second trailer plays with the Mandalorian and Grogu riding a carriage that is being driven by Tauntauns. (a creature from the 'Star Wars' universe) Pedro Pascal returns to reprise his role as Din Djarin. Other than him, actors Sigourney Weaver and Jeremy Allen White also join the main cast lineup.The trailer continues to talk about how journeys may get harder to deal with, but they only make the bond between people that much stronger. A gravely voice narrates the intro as Din Djarin hands over the reins of the carriage baby Yoda as many have nicknames the beloved character. The upcoming film, which is set to be released in theatres on May 22 this year, is the first release in the 'Star Wars' franchise since 2019. The last film, which was released, was titled 'The Rise of Skywalker', and was a big hit amongst the market.Jon Favreau is the director behind the film. He is best known for his role as Happy Mondu in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, as well as for directing 'Iron Man' and 'Iron Man 2' as well. It was also revealed that the director shot it entirely in live action with the help of the production studio and puppeteers. This is also Favreau's first time behind the camera since his last directorial feature with the live-action 'The Lion King' film in 2019.
