Jason Statham, who is best known for his work in films like ‘Shelter’, ‘The Expendables’, and ‘The Transporter’ franchise, is back again with another feature. His latest release, ‘Mutiny’, will explore the 58 year old actor’s characters in a new light as he combats against a human trafficking ring.

The first trailer for ‘Mutiny’ was officially released on April 9, and starts off with the military discussing Statham’s character and his father in the film, both of whom were military and were working on taking down the trafficking ring together. The officers then discuss why he left the UK, and how they need to track him down as soon as possible.
The scene then shifts to a cargo ship at night, and as Statham boards it, he finds a lot of people who are being trafficked. He tells them that he will come back to save all of them. Just then, the people guarding them came in wth their guns and shouted at them all to quiet down.
The remainder of the film is filled with a lot of action-packed scenes where Statham defeats all of the traffickers one by one. The trailer comes to a close as Jason Wong’s character asks him what he wants, and he replies, “Vengeance.”

Plot summary of ‘Mutiny’
The official synopsis for the action-thriller film reads, “In MUTINY, after witnessing his billionaire boss’s murder and being framed for the crime, Cole Reed (Statham) boards a cargo ship on a one-man crusade to avenge his boss’ death, only to discover an international conspiracy.” The film has been directed by Jean-François Richet and written by Lindsay Michel and J.P. Davis.
