The much-awaited film’s main USP is Soumitra and Swatilekha’s characters’ elderly matured love story. We have already seen in the first look of the film how an elderly Soumitra is combing Swatilekha’s hair. The family relationship drama has retained the star cast of the 2015 hit ‘Bela Shese’. Rituparna Sengupta, Shankar Chakraborty, Kharaj Mukherjee, Anindya Chattopadhyay, Monami Ghosh, Aparajita Adhya, all will be seen again sharing the screen. What’s more interesting is ‘Bela Shuru’ will see Swatilekha Sengupta sharing the screen with her husband Rudraprasad Sengupta for the first time. According to the narrative, he plays Swatilekha’s character’s love interest from her teenage days. The film’s music has been composed by Anupam Roy. Speaking about the film’s release Shiboprosad further adds that they were keen to release ‘Bela Shuru’ on Soumitra Chattopadhyay’s birth anniversary this year but due to the pandemic, it didn’t happen. However, May 24 is Swatilekha Sengupta’s birth anniversary. So, this film will be a tribute to her and May 20 release is a gift to the late actress.
