Actress Madhumita Sarcar tied the knot with her longtime beau Debmalya Chakravorty at a rajbari in Baruipur on Friday night. Speaking about the wedding, one of Madhumita’s closest friends, actress Ushasi Ray, said, “We have been friends for 10 years now, and I remember how she had described her wedding day to me one December night. So, when I saw her as the prettiest bride yesterday, my heart was brimming with joy. I couldn’t see the sindoor daan as her biyer logno was post midnight. I had to leave before that as I had an early call time on Saturday. But I saw the pictures later and she was looking ethereal.”
