Bibi Payra's title track is out

The title track of Bibi Payra has finally been unveiled, instantly setting the tone as a vibrant, high-energy party anthem. The song brings back the unapologetic glamour and swagger of Swastika Mukherjee and Paoli in a striking, retro-inspired avatar.
Composed by Mainak Mazoomdar and penned by Prasen, the disco-pop track blends infectious beats with bold, playful lyrics, creating an instant earworm. The pulsating rhythm, paired with stylish visuals, offers a complete audio-visual treat that captures both nostalgia and contemporary flair.
Directed by Arjunn Dutta, the film promises a colourful and engaging cinematic experience, with the title track serving as a lively glimpse into its world. Elevating the spectacle further is choreography by Baba Yadav, whose signature moves infuse the song with a celebratory energy while evoking the charm of the ’80s and ’90s.
Sharing his thoughts, Mainak described the track as a “vibrant disco-pop composition with an emotional core,” adding that his first collaboration with Shilpa Rao brought a unique texture and energy to the song. Baba Yadav, meanwhile, called the experience of working with Arjunn Dutta “outstanding” and said reuniting with Swastika and Paoli made the project even more special, highlighting the song’s nostalgic appeal and engaging concept.
Shilpa Rao, who has lent her voice to the track, shared that she had a wonderful time recording it and hopes audiences enjoy watching, listening, and dancing to it as much as she did creating it.
The film’s story centres on two overlooked women who, pushed to their breaking point, take bold and reckless steps to change their lives. What begins as a desperate attempt soon spirals into a chaotic comedy of errors, with unexpected allies, rising stakes, and the looming question of whether they will escape their circumstances—or be consumed by the chaos they set in motion.
