PM to flag off Varanasi-Kanyakumari train

VARANASI: With the beginning of the second edition of the Kashi Tamil Sangamam, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off a new train between Varanasi and Kanyakumari during his two-day visit to Varanasi on December 17-18. The train willbe called Kashi-Tamil Sangamam Weekly Express.The PM will also flag off the second Varanasi-New Delhi Vande Bharat train and Dohrighat-Mau MEMU during his visit.Responding to the X post of Kashi Tamil Sangamam, the PM posted on X: "There is immense enthusiasm as Kashi once again prepares to welcome people for @KTSangamam, a celebration of rich cultures. This forum is a testament to the unity and diversity of India, strengthening the spirit of 'Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat."
