Singer lends voice to Clean Kerala Mission

Thiruvananthapuram: Renowned singer M G Sreekumar has extended support to the state govt's Waste-Free Nava Keralam mission by launching a music video promoting cleanliness, inaugurated by LSG minister M B Rajesh. Praising Sreekumar as a flag-bearer of the campaign, the minister noted his commitment to spreading the message through song. Sreekumar stressed the need for public attitude change, pointing out that careless littering persists despite progress in waste management. He expressed hope Kerala will become a global model and announced plans for two more videos.
