Shimla: The four-day winter session of the Himachal Pradesh assembly would be held at Tapovan in Dharamshala from Dec 18-21.
Vidhan Sabha speaker Kuldeep Singh Pathania said the winter session would have total four sittings and it would be the seventh assembly session of the present Congress govt.
Pathania said he had already issued directions to the Kangra district administration to organise the session at Tapovan and he himself would soon visit Dharamshala to take stock of the arrangements.
Upon his return to Himachal from a 22-day foreign visit, the speaker accepted the state govt’s proposal to hold a session and sent it to the Raj Bhawan for the governor’s recommendation.
Pathania said his foreign visit was educational, practical and informative and he would soon share his tour experience.
