Missing Teen Found Dead in Jamshedpur's Kapali Town, Police Under Scrutiny

Jamshedpur: A 14-year-old boy, who has been missing since December 25, has been found dead, and his body was recovered from the bushy fields of the Islamnagar area of the Kapali town outpost under the Chandil police station on the outskirts of the Steel City early on Saturday.Parents of the deceased, identified as Md Sabir, had lodged a missing person’s complaint with the Kapali police outpost on December 26.The boy's father, Md Samir, told the media that had the police acted swiftly, his son could have been saved.“We are moderately earning people with no enmity with anyone. We also do not have a dispute with the neighbours on any issue. God knows why my son was killed,” Samir said, alleging that his son was murdered.
