Jharkhand High Court Acquits 5 in Sushil Srivastava Murder Case
Ranchi: The Jharkhand high court on Wednesday acquitted Vikas Tiwari and four others convicted of Hazaribag gangster Sushil Srivastava’s murder on June 2, 2015, in the absence of evidence.Hemant Kumar SHikarwar, advocate for the five convicts -- Tiwari, Santosh Pandey, Vishal Kumar Singh, Rahul Dev Pandey, and Dilip Sao -- had filed an appeal against their conviction passed in 2020 by the Hazaribag sessions court.
