Ranchi: Senior CPM leader Brinda Karat on Tuesday claimed that the central govt forfeited the country’s sovereignty and self-respect, adding that the United States is determining the countries from which India should buy crude oil.Addressing the media persons at the party office, she said that India’s silence over the attack on Iran by the United States and Israel isolated us in the world.The party’s state secretary, Prakash Viplav, said that around 2,000 workers from Jharkhand would participate in the rally in Delhi on March 24 against VB G Ram Ji, four labour codes and the Electricity Amendment Bill.
