Two held for looting jeweller of Rs 19 lakh

PALANPUR: Two persons were arrested for looting a jeweller in Bhabhar town of Rs 19 lakh late on Sunday night.
Sagarchand Thakkar, owner of Thakkar Jewellers, was going home after closing his shop when two persons on a bike snatched his bag containing valuables and fled. The incident happened near Janta Hotel at Azad chowk.
“We cracked the case in less than 24 hours of the crime.Those nabbed were identifiefd as Mukesh Thakor and Vasubha Rathod,” said Pradip Sejul, superintendent of police, Banaskantha.
