Tractor driver held in accident case

Patna: Police on Saturday arrested a tractor driver, Ramesh Kumar (36), for allegedly running over a bike rider in a hit-and-run case on November 21 on Ramji Chak Nahar Road, Digha.
The deceased was identified as Abhinav Ashutosh, a resident of Digha. SDPO, law and order-II, Dinesh Kumar Pandey, said, "Police went through the CCTV footage and quizzed local people to identify the driver. Kumar was arrested from Byahpur village in Maner block."
