RWAs of sectors 50, 51 and 55 have apprised MLA Pankaj Singh of the prevalent crime and civic issues in their sectors. The officials of RWAs met Singh when he was on a tour of the sectors accompanied by Federation of Noida Residents Welfare Associations (FONRWA) president N P Singh on Sunday.
According to N P Singh, “The main agenda of the meeting was to review security and the law and order situation in the city. Against the backdrop of the recent chain snatching incidents in sectors 34, 50 and 51 as well as pending civic issues of encroachment, sanitation, stray dog menace and cleaning of drains, we held a meeting with MLA Pankaj Singh on Sunday apart from touring three sectors — 50, 51 and 55.”

“We apprised MLA Singh of the recent chain snatching incidents. Even this morning there were two incidents in sectors 50-51,” said Sanjeev Kumar RWA general secretary, Sector 51.

While Sector 55’s main issue related to the community centre, the RWA of Kendriya Vihar, Sector 51, called for measures to control increasing number of chain snatchings, to address the garbage dumping issue in the area towards M P-3 road, stray dog menace as well as removal of unauthorised shanties in front of gate No. 1 of Kendriya Vihar and inside the society complex.

MLA Singh patiently heard all the issues and assured them that he would take them up with

Noida Authority

officials and the police department.

Dear Sir,We wish to inform that our company has been operating at Greater Noida for the last more than 5 years. We are in the business of supplying 20 liter Packaged Drinking Water to various offices & residents in Noida & Greater Noida. Since inception, we have always obtained all kind of certification & approvals from different agencies. Details are given below: 1. For using ISI mark, we have BIS certification and renew every year by paying a fee of around Rs. 90,000 every year. 2. For food quality, we have obtained certificate from FSSAI3. For extracting ground water, we have permission from Central Ground Water Commission4. For pollution, we have certificate from Pollution Control Board Besides above, we also adhere to the following:1. To maintain BIS standard in the plant, we have empanneled an external lab which cost us around Rs 45,000 per year.2. We have full fledged Chemical & Microbiological Lab which are taken care by a Chemist & Microbiologist.3. Our plant is inspected by BIS, FSSAI and Ground Water Authorities regularly and we always abide by their suggestions for improvement. Fact remains that due to all above strict norms, our cost of production is so high that we cannot compete with those players in the market who do not have any type of license / certification / NOCs. It is sincerely requested to kindly take up this matter and try to highlight not only illegal units operating in Noida & Greater Noida having no license and ground water extraction permission but also all those big establishments who extract ground water for their own consumption without paying any penny to any authority. You can verify our statement by visiting Noida Golf Course where supplies are made from such illegal units as well as by visiting big companies . in Noida & Gr Noida. We have very hopes Sir from you and look forward to your support.
