Ghaziabad: A 24-year-old man was dead at his home in block C, Nandgram, on Thursday. Police suspect that he died by suicide at least two days ago.ACP Nandgram Ziauddin Ahmad said, around 9am, the man’s landlord, Surendra Pal, informed them about the suicide. He told police that his tenant was from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and worked as a labourer in the city.“Upon receiving the information, sub-Inspector and chowki In-charge Nandgram Omveer Singh and sub-inspector Praveen Kumar reached the spot with a team,” the ACP said.The neighbours had complained to the landlord about a foul smell emanating from the house for the last two days. They told police the man had lived there with his family for several years but for the past couple of months, he was living alone.
