region.

“I was on a tour of Vidarbha. Many industrial units are closed for a long period. Around 20,000 people have been rendered jobless. In view of Naxal menace, it is essential to concentrate on Vidarbha’s development. Efforts should be made for the revival of such units,’’ Pawar slated in a letter to Fadnavis.

“Since 2014, bamboo supply to the unit has stopped, hence it has to procure costly raw material from Assam and MP. For six months the unit was closed, subsequently production resumed but the workers have not been paid,’’ he said.

Problem is builders are not encouraged to make 1-Building without wall for Hawkers having concrete arrangement of Gala and Locker-shelves spaces, 2-Same building must have Industrial Lift arrangement for Hawker, 3-Same building must have facility on each floor for Toilet-Washroom-Ladies child Handling Room, 4-Same building must have office of Weighment Authority who check the scales used by Hawker On Top floor, cleaning contractor arrangement for keeping complete building clean and tidy, CCTV control Room, Fire Monitor and Extinguishing control,etc. SAME AS THIS BUILDING BMC must encourage for constructing Parking Building covering diameter of 2Km With Multi Story Vehicle Lift so that either BMC can use the spaces for earning of BMC pay and Park with Annual rent of car parking, Each floor plus Under Ground Space must Park At least 500 Vehicles on Each space, Also it should have the Auto Maintenance Shop of Various Vehicle type as well as cleaning space for Jet Water cleaning of vehicle and utilising recycled water for cleaning. Same way on Roof Top it should have Helipad arrangement so that Millionaire can use the Helipad and park vehicle. This building also must have facility of Hourly Parking-Daily Parking-Weekly Parking-Monthly parking facility and charges can be applied as per authority decision. Provide the Bar Code Arrangement to Vehicle so that in case if vehicle is at any other part of Metropolitan limit vehicle owner can use the Bar Code for its parking in premise of other location building and in case if requires it can use parking for Hourly to Weekly base and this charges shall be separate but comparatively very less as provided Bar Code on the base of Having Permanent Parking in BMC building near Residence. These arrangements shall remove the vehicle parking on road-This arrangement shall remove all car washer from the road-This arrangement shall remove the Auto Pollution causing on Road with oil and greasing. BMC HAS NOT DEVELOPED IT INFRA AND STUCK FOR THE MATTER OF OCTROI EARNING. This was the worst part of Authority it is like GODESS OF LAXMI IS AT DOOR AND PERSON GOES TO WASH THE FACE. Also if building includes Insurance company-RTO-Pollution control-Petrol Filling then it would be additional income of State or Local Body. God Only Knows when people shall make the arrangement. This shall also increase the jobs for various need.
