Over 150 people were rushed to various civic hospitals for injuries sustained during Holi festivities of which at least nine required hospitalisation. At Parel's KEM Hospital, 21 patients came with holi injuries. Four were admitted, of which three had suffered head injury. Two cases of head injury were serious and one was admitted to the orthopedic department. KEM dean Dr Sangeeta Rawat said one person was on ventilator.

At BYL Nair Hospital, at least 17 patients required medical attention, including nine cases of falls or assaults. By the end of the day, four patients were admitted. One patient came with an injury due to assault on head while another with an eye injury caused by a water balloon. Hospital authorities said there were three burn-related cases, including one involving chemical burns. A 14-year-old male experienced a chemical reaction, while one individual was rushed after consuming petrol. A 29-year-old man complained of dizziness after consuming bhang. A medical officer said there was also a case of a man who came with a stab injury to the abdomen. At Sion Hospital, dean Dr Mohan Joshi said 32 patients were brought to the casualty but only one with multiple injuries required admission. At Cooper Hospital, 83 patients came with injuries sustained due to assaults, bhang intoxication.
