Meerut: A case was registered in Bulandshahr on Thursday related to a child pornography video uploaded online. The action followed a technical probe conducted by Delhi's cyber team.
Around five months ago, a user had posted the objectionable video on a social media platform. Delhi's cyber officials detected the content and initiated an investigation, said police.
The probe revealed that the phone used for uploading was registered with a Bijnor resident while the account belonged to a resident of Bulandshahr district. Based on the technical evidence, a case was lodged at Bulandshahr cyber police station.
