Spl event for cancer survivors

Lucknow: Lucknow Connection World Wide (LCWW) turned an auditorium of a private hotel into a space of courage, remembrance and celebration as it hosted "Umeed Ki Udaan", a day-long programme dedicated to cancer warriors and survivors on Sunday. The event opened with a lamp-lighting ceremony and Ganesh Vandana, setting the tone for a gathering that blended medical awareness with community support. The chief guest, head of Emergency & Trauma Services at Medanta Hospital, Dr Lokendra Gupta, spoke about the importance of early detection, calling it the most decisive factor. tnn
