It’s advantage CAT in LU MBA admission

Lucknow: Lucknow University announced admission process for MBA and MBA (tourism & travel management) programmes under the centralized admission system for academic session 2026–27.

Admission coordinator Anitya Gaurav said, “Candidates who have appeared in CAT 2025 will be given preference in admission, first phase of which, will be conducted on the basis of CAT 2025 percentile. Candidates from general category with 50 percentile or above may apply online, while OBC, SC, ST and PwBD candidates will get a relaxation of 5 percentile, making eligibility 45 percentile. Admissions will be on the basis of percentile merit.”

In the second phase, remaining vacant seats will be filled through LUMET 2026, where selection will be based on written examination marks. Applicants can submit forms through Samarth portal and last date to submit application is Jun 15. The process will be conducted under centralised admission system for both MBA and MBA (TTM) programmes for the upcoming academic session.
