Lucknow: Continuing his grassroots outreach initiative, MLA Rajeshwar Singh organised the 166th weekly ‘Aapka Vidhayak Aapke Dwar’ camp at Gangabaksh Kheda in Sarojininagar, focusing on public grievance redressal, healthcare, education and youth empowerment.The camp served as a platform for direct interaction, where residents raised local issues and submitted 16 applications related to road and drainage construction, housing schemes, pensions, school upgrades and disaster relief. All cases were forwarded for prompt action.A major highlight was a health camp where 66 elderly residents underwent eye check-ups and 40 were provided free spectacles, strengthening access to healthcare in rural areas.In the education segment, meritorious students were honoured with bicycles, watches and certificates to encourage academic excellence.To promote youth engagement, new youth clubs were formed, aiming to build leadership and discipline.Singh said the initiative reflects his commitment to resolving public issues through direct engagement and participatory governance.
