TPCC chief condemns remarks against K Kavitha

HYDERABAD: Telangana Congress president B Mahesh Kumar Goud on Sunday condemned, both, the comments made by suspended Congress MLC Teenmar Mallanna against BRS MLC K Kavitha, and the attack on Mallanna's office, allegedly by Telangana Jagruti activists."Everyone should abide by the law. Also, respecting women is part of the culture and tradition in Telangana. Both incidents should be condemned. Police are inquiring into the allegations of fire opened by Mallanna's security personnel," he said.Stating that it was the Congress govt which brought 42% reservation bills to the BCs and passed it in the assembly, and was soon going to come out with an ordinance too, the TPCC chief said it was unfair on the part of others to try and take credit for BC reservations enhancement in the state.The office of suspended Congress MLC Teenmar Mallana, was attacked allegedly by over 50 members of Telangana Jagruthi on Sunday afternoon.
