Three girls drown in Nirmal’s Tanur

Hyderabad: Three girls, of whom two were siblings, drowned in a water body in Nirmal district’s Tanur. The three girls — Vaishali (14), Asmitha (16), and Anjali (15) — had left their house on Sunday and were reported missing thereafter, according to police. “It is possible that after one girl accidentally fell into the water, the other two may have gone in to save their sister,’’ police said.
