Telangana Police launches Operation Muskaan-XI, begins from July 1

Telangana police are preparing for Operation Muskaan-XI, a month-long initiative starting July 1st, aimed at combating child trafficking. With 121 sub-divisional teams comprising 706 personnel, the operation will focus on tracing, rescuing, and rehabilitating missing children across the state. Additional director-general of police (women safety wing) Charu Sinha will directly supervise the campaign.

HYDERABAD: Telangana police are all geared up for a month-long crackdown on child trafficking under Operation Muskaan-XI, the nationwide drive by the Union home ministry to trace, rescue, and rehabilitate missing children. From July 1, about 121 sub-divisional police teams with 706 personnel will fan out across the state under the direct supervision of additional director-general of police (women safety wing) Charu Sinha, the nodal officer for the campaign.
