Sabharwal, Shikha Goel lend support to protesting wrestlers

Hyderabad: Senior IAS officer Smita Sabharwal and senior IPS officer Shikha Goel came out in support of protesting wrestlers, who have levelled allegations of sexual harassment against BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh. Former tennis star Sania Mirza also hoped justice would be served ‘sooner rather than later’. Sabharwal tweeted: “Sexual harassment at the workplace is the most dangerous virus.” Goel said, “From tears of joy to tears of frustration. A living example of how unsafe workplaces can crush dreams and aspirations.” tnn
