Map sans Telangana, KT Rama Rao seeks BJP apology

BRS working president KT Rama Rao has called for an apology from the BJP after Telangana was omitted from a map presented by a BJP leader to an AP minister. KTR questioned whether this neglect represents the BJP's official stance and demanded an apology to the people of Telangana if it was simply an oversight.

HYDERABAD: BRS working president KT Rama Rao on Thursday demanded an apology from the BJP for omission of Telangana from a map presented by BJP AP chief PVN Madhav to AP minister Nara Lokesh. "Whether the neglect of Telangana's existence and geographical identity is an official stance of BJP. If it's a genuine oversight, I demand an apology from your party to the people of Telangana," KTR said in a post on X tagging the Prime Minister's account.
