'sister city'

agreement between Hyderabad and

two Japanese metropolitan areas

is likely to be signed during

IT minister K T Rama Rao

's visit there.

KTR, who is on an official tour, met the Indian ambassador to Japan, Sujan Chinoy on Sunday, and explained to him about TS-iPass, which has attractive provisions to bring in

foreign investments to Telangana

.

During a one-hour meeting with the ambassador, KTR sought his advise on how to attract

Japanese investments

to Telanagana. While one of the suggestions given was to have sister city tie-up with two Japanese metro areas, and providing necessary training to youth in the state to be able to get jobs in Japanese companies. For this, the ambassador advised that a special body be created to train manpower as required by Japanese companies.
